摘要
近年来,随着教师人事制度改革的深入和教师聘用制的逐步推行,教师与学校之间因辞职、辞退和履行聘用合同而发生的人事争议纠纷频频发生,要在依法治国和依法治教的大背景下,依据相关法律、法规及规章,通过调解、信访、申诉、复议、仲裁、诉讼等方式,妥善处理好教师与学校的人事争议纠纷。
Dissensions caused by resignation, refusal or fulfillment of employment contract often occur with the gradually performed reform of teachers' personnel and employment system. We should deal with knottiness between teachers and schools well based on the related laws, statutes and reguiations by accommodation, advice inquiry, appeal, arbitration, lawsuit and so on under the national background of legal- based administration of country and school.
