对影响CUBA篮球运动员未来职业发展方向的障碍性因素分析

Limiting Factors Analysis on the Development of CUBA Athletes'Career

运用问卷调查、数理统计、因子分析等研究方法,对我国CUBA篮球运动员职业生涯发展的障碍性因素进行分析,结果表明:影响CUBA篮球运动员职业生涯发展的障碍性因素主要有社会环境因子、竞赛体制因子、文化素养因子和运动水平因子。并对各因子特点进行分析,提出了相应的改革建议,为CUBA运动员的职业生涯设计提供理论参考,促进我国高校篮球运动可持续发展。

With the methods of questionnaire, statistics, factor analysis, the factors limiting the CUBA basketball athlete＇ s professional career were analyzed. The results indicated that social environment, competition system, culture trait and sport level were the f for CUBA athlete career design oregong factors. With analyzing the factor traits, it tabled the relevant reform proposals for CUBA athletes＇ career design to promote the sustainable development of our coUege basketball.
