高频位相型曲面变形光栅的转移工艺研究

摘要 本文研究了在室温和85℃温度环境下高频位相型曲面变形光栅的转移工艺。实验结果表明:通过这种方法可以复制出高质量的曲表面试件变形栅,并具有灵敏度高、条纹质量好、方法简便、可用于工业现场等优点。为云纹干涉法对曲面变形问题的研究提供了重要的手段。 This paper presents the study of the deformed gratings replicating technique from a curve surface at the room temperature and 85℃. The double deposited metal film phase style holographic gratings of high frequency (1200 l/mm) is used.High quality copies of the curve surface deformed holographic gratings can be obtained with this method. It has the advantages of high sensitivity, high quality fringes and being easier to operate. It can be applied to the measurement of the curve surface deformation in situ. It developed a new method for moire interferometry technique in the measurement of deformation of the curve surface, even in the high temperature conditions.
