摘要 用溶剂提取法对胜利油田郝现联合站高含油罐底泥进行处理,得到最佳萃取剂及提取的最佳温度、剂泥质量比、提取次数等条件,使含油污泥中油提取率可达99.7%。实验结果表明在同一剂泥质量比下的实际提取率与理论推算提取率基本吻合,溶剂油可循环使用。该方法经济可行,为油田油泥综合利用提供一条有效途径。 Reclaiming crude oil from tank bottom oily sludge can achieve the purpose that mud can become useful and innocuous. The technology of solvent extraction of Haoxian oily sludge is studied. The suitable experimental conditions for extracting oil from the sludge shows that the temperature is 60℃ ; the ratio of solvent oil and oily sludge is 5 : 1 ; the extracting rate can reach 99.7%. The con- centration of residual oil in soil is bellow 0.5%. The solvent oil can be recycled and the recovered oil can be utilized. The mud satisfies the pollution control standard of mud in agriculture GB428485. This technique supposes a way to treat other sludges.
