摘要
当今企业的竞争实质上是人才的竞争,归根结底是员工素质的竞争。对如何加强企业员工的队伍建设,提高员工的整体素质,从而增强企业的核心竞争力进行了探讨。
Competition among enterprises is actually the competition among talents. The paper discusses how to enhance group construction and improve staff members＇ overall quality, and consequently reinforce the nuclear competitive power of enterprises.
