Study of the Strategic Concept for Development in Chengde Petroleum College:(Ⅰ)

在对承德石油高专发展战略环境与需求进行简要分析,对多年的办学经验、办学思想做出提炼和总结,对“十五”期间的办学实践、经验和启示进行归纳的前提下,提出了发展战略理念的核心内容—承德石油高专办学指导思想,并进行了内涵分析和阐述。

After a brief analysis of the environment and requirement of the strategic concept for development in Chengde Petroleum College, the paper summarizes the practice, experience and enlightenment of running the school in the tenth five-year. Based on this, the paper puts forward the core of strategic concept for development in Chengde Petroleum College, namely the guiding ideology, and gives a connotative analysis and an elaboration of the concept.
