文章简要介绍了农村电网规划与建设的发展现状,并结合农村电网的“十一五”发展规划,主要对农网规划的原则、主要内容以及存在的问题、负荷预测过程、农网配电网和变电站建设模式、低压配网、“户户通电”工程、农网节能降损技术和安全技术过程等方面进行了介绍。

Combined with ＂The Eleventh Five - year ＂Development Planning of rural power network, present situation of development of rural power network planning and construction was briefly introduced, which was mainly in the aspects of principles of rural power network planning, main contents and existing problems, load forecasting process, construction mode of rural distrbution network and substation, low voltage distribution network, the project of ＂sending electricity to every household＂, technology of energy saving and loss reducing in rural power network, and safe technology process.
