介绍了氧循环流化床燃烧的概念、燃烧过程,法国Alstom公司针对氧循环流化床锅炉作了一系列的研究,包括:氧循环流化床锅炉设计研究、投资成本和经济性研究、放大研究和实验室规模研究。Alstom公司对210MW氧循环流化床锅炉与同功率的空气循环流化床锅炉燃烧捕捉CO2能力进行了设计研究。研究结果表明:氧循环流化床燃烧捕捉烟气中CO2在技术上是可行的,但成本较高;如果CO2和N2可作为商品出售,则二者的发电成本将相近。
The paper briefs the concept and combustion process of oxygen circulating fluidized bed(OCFB)com bus -tion. French Alstom corporation has conducted a series of researches on OCFB boiler, inclnding; the design of OCFB boiler, its investment cost and economies, enlargement and labvratory scale researches. Alstom corporation also has conducted the design research on the capability of capturing CO2 of 210 MW OCFB boiler and same size air CFB boiler. The research results show that, it is feasible in technology for OCFB to capture CO2 h flue gas, but the economic cost is higher; if the CO2 and N2 can be sold as commodity, then the generation costs of both will be very colse.
