摘要
对OLF1在线铁谱仪用于齿轮磨损状态的监测进行了研究。试验数据分析表明,OLF-1在线铁谱仪对大磨粒有很强的敏感性,其采样值的大小和变化反映了齿面状态的变化。在正常磨损情况下,采样值曲线比较平稳;而一旦采样值出现无规律波动,则意味着不正常磨损的开始。与分析铁谱仪数据对比,也显示出非常近似的变化趋势。因而,OLF-1在线铁谱仪用于齿轮磨损状态的实时和连续监测具有良好的性能。本文同时指出,OLF-1在线铁谱与其它油液分析技术相结合。
In this paper,the characteristic and regularity of OLF l on line ferrography installed for monitoring gear wear condition are studied. The analysis of experiment data shows that OLF 1 on line ferrography is very sensitive to large wear debris,and the size and variety of sample values reflect the variety and tendency of gear surface condition.Under the condition of normal wear,the sample value curve is relatively smooth,while a random fluctuation of sample value means beginning abnormal wear.Contrasted with the data of analytical ferrography, the data of on line ferrography shows a very approximate tendency.Therefore,using for real time and continuous monitoring of gear wear condition, OLF 1 on line ferrography is of good properties. It is pointed out that, moreover, combined with the other techniques of oil analysis, OLF 1 on line ferrography can monitor and diagnose gear wear condition more accurately.
