高压回转密封机理及热性能的理论和实验研究

摘要 对回转密封件沿轴向的压力分布和泄漏量随压力的变化规律进行了测试。利用有限元理论与流体动力润滑理论相结合对密封件进行了理论计算。同时对两种不同材料的密封件沿轴向的温度分布进行了测试,并且通过传热学理论,计算出密封件内部温度场的变化规律。 he paper deals with the pressure distribution within the cylindrical seal gap and leakage rate with the pressure measured by the rigs,and the sealing parts have been calculated by both finite element method and hydrodynamic lubrication theory.Temperature distribution in the center of sealimg parts have been measured and caculated by the heat transfer theory.Changing rules of the temperature with the pressure and heat durability are analyzed.
