摘要
在沿硬聚氯乙烯(PVC)管母线铣削直通槽后,管径尺寸会收缩变小,从而引起槽口的弦长尺寸收缩减小。本文从实际应用出发,在对不同规格PVC管进行铣槽试验的基础上,建立了弦长尺寸收缩量的数学模型和经验公式。
hen the stright line slot is milled along polyviny chlorde tube′s generatrix,the diameter of the hard polyvinyl chloride tube decreases so that its dimension of slot notch chord decreases as well.To meet the need of application,the mathematical model fo the chord dimension decrease and empirical formula are set up,which base on the milling experiments on different sizes of polyvinyl chloride tubes.Furthermore,the changing rules and all the factors causig the decrease of the slot notch dimension are analysed.
