新疆经济资源的合理整合与利用问题研究

A Study on Reasonable Integration and Exploitation of Xinjiang's Economic Resources

相对丰富的资源是新疆的优势,也是新疆谋求发展的最大资本。但目前新疆资源开发利用水平较低,还不能满足现代工业发展的需要和实现资源利用效率、效益的最大化,还没有很好地转化为产业优势和经济优势。研究合理整合和利用新疆的优势资源,促进新疆经济的协调快速发展,在当前有着重要的现实意义。

Xinjiang abounds with resources. This advantage is also the largest capital for the development of Xinjiang. However, the utilization and lowez level of exploitation of resources in Xinjiang can not meet the needs of modem industrial development or achieve the maximum efficieney of using resources. Nor has it been converted into production advantage or economic advantage. How to integrate and exploit the resources reasonably to promote the rapid and coordinative economic development of Xinjiang is of practical signifieanoe at present.
