对我国高校教学管理改革的几点思考——来自澳大利亚高校教学管理的启示

Reflections about Reform on Higher Education Teaching Management in China

与发达国家相比,我国高校在教学管理的方法与手段、服务理念等方面存在很大差距。我们应借鉴国外先进经验,在高校的教学管理机制和制度建设方面体现与时俱进、科学发展的理念。

With the expnoding universities, the pupils＇ level （especially the pupils＇ level in the remote and border areas universities ）is dropping year by year. Each teacher in the univeraities faces a new problem： how to improve the teaching quality？ Paying attention to the linking up of the knowledge the pupils learned in middle school and the new knowledge, implementing the graduated teaching and eliminating the nonintelligence factor are some effective ways of how to improve the quality of teaching.
