主权是近现代国际法体系的基石,然而近年来,随着全球化进程的深入,对主权理论的探讨出现了新的热潮。追溯主权理论的历史发展脉络,分析主权让渡的最低限度,界定全球化时代主权的边界,才能更好地维护国家的主权利益。

The theory of sovereignty is the comer stone of modern international law. Recently, with the deepen development of globalization, there are many new debates about this issue. The purpose of this article is to retrospect the development of sovereignty theory, and analyze the lowest limitation of sovereignty transference and identify the border of sovereignty.
