摘要
高技术企业的发展成败与否,在很大程度上影响着一个国家的发展,良好的绩效评价在高技术企业中的作用不可低估。良好的激励机制可加速企业的良性发展。高技术企业应该构建兼顾财务指标与非财务指标的、科学的绩效评价指标体系,综合运用各种激励手段来提高员工的工作热情和工作绩效,从而促进企业的长期发展。
The high and new technology enterprises＇ development has a great impact on a country＇s development to a great extent. The influence of an effective performance evaluation should not be underestimated in one corporation. This content tries to give an analysis indicates the enterprise＇s development influences produced by high and new technology enterprise both in performance evaluation and promotion mechanism.
