摘要
目前,市级供电企业的人力资源较为丰富,人才密度较高,但专业人才较多,复合型管理人才相对不足。虽然人力资源的管理机制已初步建立,但在人力资源管理中依然存在着观念滞后、方法单一等不足,人力资源管理战略也未全面建立,人力资源管理流程不顺、创新力度不大。要建立“一强三优”的现代化电网企业,必须顺应市场经济的需求,紧紧抓住人力资源管理这个重要手段,构建现代人力资源管理体系,以职务分析为基础、绩效管理为重点,建立全面的激励机制,实现员工高素质、工作高绩效、待遇高薪酬,从而促进企业的全面、协调、可持续发展。
At present, city -level power supply enterprises are talent -concentrated, enjoying rich human resources. However, professionals and complex -typed management team are in shortage. Though the management system of human resources has been initially established, it is evident that management conception is outdated and managing method is unitary. Management strategies of human resources are not fully established either. Human Resources management has a sluggish process with less innovation. To build a modern power grid enterprise of "one - strong and three - excellent", it is necessary to meet the need of the market economy and manipulate human resources management, to construct a modern human resources management system and establish an overall incentive system on the basis of analysis of management position, and on the focus of performance, aiming at high quality employees, high performance, high payment, so as to make an enterprise develop fully, harmoniously and sustainably.
