论学校的优势发展与可持续发展

On the Superiority Development of a School and Sustainable Development

学校的发展往往是在相对优势的基础上强化的过程。但是,学校发展的相对优势很难持久。学校的发展如何从“被动的优势推动”走向“主动地创造优势”,使之走向可持续发展?笔者认为,学校可持续发展的根本在于学校的精神、学校的学习力和学校的人才培养机制。学校可持续发展的策略有三个,即放大现有优势、挖掘潜在优势、创造新的优势。

The development of a school is usually a process of increasing the relative superiority, but the relative superiority of the development is hard to last long. How shall we turn the development of a school from ＂passive superiority promotion＂ into ＂active superiority creation＂ so as to enable the school to make sustainable development？ The author holds that, to assure the sustainable development of a school, we should construct school spirit, strengthen the motive force in learning and enhance talent-training mechanism. And there are three strategies for school sustainable development of extending existing advantages, exploiting potential advantages and creating new advantages.
