摘要
本文针对目前“新疆中小学少数民族双语教师培训”实习中存在的若干问题提出了七点改进建议,以期对提升双语受训教师的实际教学能力有所裨益。
This article advances seven proposals for tackling the existing problems of teaching practice in the training of ethnic bi lingual teachers of pimary and secondary schools in Xinjiang so as to help improve the bilingual teachers' substantial ability of teaching.
