民族高校在社会主义新牧区建设中的作用——关于建立青藏高原生态环境保护暨畜牧业高科技研发示范基地的思考

Implement the Advantages of Science and Technology in Ethnic College and University to Serve the Socialism Pastoral Areas

青藏高原生态环境保护、畜牧业可持续发展等问题是青藏高原可持续发展中亟待解决的突出问题。对此,西南民族大学利用其办学特色与优势,结合国家“十一五”发展规划纲要、中央民族工作会议精神以及青藏高原可持续发展的实际需求,提出了建立青藏高原“生态环境保护、畜牧业高科技研发示范基地”的设想以及实现基地服务功能的一些基本思路。通过建基地、聚人才、抓转化、促研发,找准服务的着力点,充分发挥高校的科技优势,积极推进青藏高原生态环境保护和传统畜牧产业的现代化道路,切实为解决“三牧”问题服务,为促进牧区经济发展服务,为社会主义新牧区建设发挥新作用,做出新贡献。

The issues of environment and constantable development of animal husbandry in Qing and Tibetan Plateau are needed to solved right now. Based on these issues, the advantages of Southwest University, development outline of ＂Eleventh Five Years Plan＂ in China, commission spirit of central government and the practical need of animal husbandry in Qing and Tibetan Plateau, some suggestions and ideas are put out. Construction of exemplary base, collecting more talents, transforming technology into products and other points are carried out to protect the environment in Qing and Tibetan Plateau and to serve the constantable development of animal husbandry there.
