高效液相色谱法测定复方穿心莲片中脱水穿心莲内酯含量

Determination of Dehydroandrographolide in Compound Chuanxinlian Tablet by HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定复方穿心莲片中脱水穿心莲内酯的含量。方法色谱柱为Shimadzu VP-ODS柱(150mm×4．6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(60:40)为流动相,流速为1．0 mL／min,检测波长为254 nm,柱温为30℃。结果脱水穿心莲内酯进样量在0．08400．84μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0．999 9),方法的平均回收率为97．09％,RSD为0．29％。结论HPLC法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为复方穿心莲片的含量测定方法。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of dehydroandrographolide in compound Chuanxinlian tablet. Methods Shimadzu VP-ODS（150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） column was choosed with mobile phase of mixture of methanol-H2O（60：40）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 254 nm. The column temperature was 30℃. Results The linear range of dehydroandro- grapholide was 0. 084-0.84 μg and correlation coefficient was 0,999 9. The average recovery rate was 97.09%, and RSD was 0. 29% （n =6）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible and can be used for determination of dehydroandrographolide in compound Chuanxinlian tablet.
