反相高效液相色谱法测定胃灵颗粒中芍药苷含量

Determination of Paeoniflorin in Weiling Granules by RP-HPLC

目的建立胃灵颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Thermo ODS柱(250mm×4．6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0．1％磷酸溶液(15:85),流速为1 mL／min,检测波长为230 nm。结果芍药苷进样量线性范围是0．055 10-0．771 4μg, r=0．999 6(n=5),平均回收率为99．5％,RSD为1．25％。结论该方法准确、可靠。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Weiling granule. Methods The column was Thermo ODS（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm）.The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile and 0. 1% phosphoric acid solution（15：85） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, and the detecting wavelength was at 230 nm. Results The linear range was 0. 055 10 -0. 771 4 μg（ r =0. 999 6） and the average recovery rate was 99. 5% （RSD = 1.25% ）. Conclusion This method is reliable and accurate.
