第三方物流对于我国生物质能资源可供性的战略意义

Strategic significance of third party logistics for supply condition of biomass resources in China

我国生物质能资源的开发利用已经取得了很大的成就,但还没有实现真正的产业化。当前,生物质能技术产业化的主要障碍之一是生物质能资源的供应问题还没有得到有效的解决。文章对该问题做了较为详尽的介绍,并在此基础上,提出了应用第三方物流作为其解决方案,并从各个角度论述了第三方物流对于我国生物质能资源可供性的战略意义。

There have been great achievements in the exploitation and utilization of Chinese biomass resources, however, there is still a long distance to complete industrialization. Presently, one of the main obstacles exists in the supply condition of the biomass resources, and this problem is introduced in detail in this paper, then Third Party Logistics （TPL or 3PL）is put forward as an effective resolution. Furthermore, we discuss the significance of TPL for supply condition of Chinese biomass resources from many different aspects.
