当前,婚姻变化中的妇女土地权益受侵害问题仍较严重,其危害极大;我国法律对农村妇女的土地权益作出了原则的或专门的规定,但还不够统一、完善;要切实保护农村妇女土地权益,还需继续完善立法,加强执法,提高农村妇女的法律意识和法制观念。

At present, with the marital status changing, woman＇ s land rights and interests are seriously violated, which causes enormous harms;Law of our country has made the principle rules or the special stipulation on rural women＇s land rights and interests, but they are far from unified, sufficient and complete;We must practically protect the land rights and interests of rural women, and continue to consummate the legislation, strengthen the law enforcement and raise rural women＇s legal consciousness and the concept of legal system.
