哈萨克非物质文化遗产是能够为哈萨克集体提供认同感的精神财富。随着西部大开发和现代化进程的加快,传统文化正在经受极大冲击,如何有效地保护哈萨克非物质文化遗产,从而保持哈萨克文化发展的延续性,是我们所面临的重大课题。保护哈萨克非物质文化遗产不仅仅是政府行为,它需要社会各界的参与,尤其需要切实发挥专家、学者的作用。
Kazak nonmaterial cultural heritage is kind of intellectual wealth for the Kazak People. With the Western Development and deep modernization, traditional Kazak culture faces a huge impact. So how to protect Kazak nonmaterial cultural heritage and keep its continuous development is the big problem people meet. The protection of Kazak nonmaterial cultural heritage is not only the duty of government, but also the responsibility of people from all circles of society, especially need experts and scholars＇ help.
