From Prototype Technology to Manufacturing——Technology Integration for Commercial Production

企业技术创新的目的是新技术的商业化运用,包括R&D、工装模具、供应商选择及人员培训等环节。面向商业化生产的技术整合是指企业将原型技术发展为产品技术和制造流程,进而将各种技术和已有能力整合成高效稳定的制造系统的一系列活动。结合案例对我国企业技术整合流程及存在的一些问题进行了简要分析。

Besides R＆D, many non-R＆D activities should be included in industrial innovation such as equipments and tooling, training and so on. Technology integration is a series of activities that firm integrates the resources both inside and outside to transfer the prototype technology to product and process technology, and then integrates the product technology, process technology, equipments, materials and personnel into efficiently commercial manufacturing system finally. The paper analyzes some problems in the process of technology integration by case.
