摘要 信任与控制的关系不是一般的二元关系,而是同一事物的二重性。对此做了综述和分析,揭示了它们之间既对立又统一的辩证关系;并在此基础上,对电子商务信任的建立问题提出了几点思考。 Trust and control is a duality other than a fundamental dualism. This paper presents a based analysis on the Relation between Trust and Control with literature overview and materialism dialectic overview;On the basis ,we provide some suggestions on trust-building in e-commerce.
