Empirical Research on the Problem of How Venture Capital Promotes the Transformation of S&T Achievements of Universities in Nanjing City

从创业投资机构对南京市高校科技成果投资不足的问题出发,通过对创业投资机构、高校科研人员以及大学科技园企业的调查,研究了影响创业投资机构投资于高校科技成果的主要障碍因素,并提出了相应的对策。

Firstly, this article points out the question that venture capital organizations are insufficient to invest in the transformation of S＆T achievements of universities in Nanjing City, and then studied the main barrier factors that affects the investment behavior of venture capital organizations in the S＆T achievements of universities by an investigation of venture capital organizations, the university scientific researchers and the enterprises in the university S＆T park. Finally, the paper put forwards the corresponding countermeasure.
