The Real Needs of Developing the School-based Research by University Library

校本研究是以教职工为研究主体,充分调动教职工的积极性,在促进学校工作顺利发展的同时,强调教职工自身的专业化发展。高校图书馆应充分利用校本资源,积极开展校本研究,提升理论水平,提高服务质量,促进馆员自身的发展,解决图书馆发展中的实际问题。

The school-based research regards the teachers and administrative staffs as the research subjects, fully arouses the enthusiasm of the teachers and administrative staffs, promotes the smooth development of school works, and emphasizes the specialized development of the teachers and administrative staffs at the same time. University library should make full utilization of school resources, participate in the school-based research actively, lift the theoretical level, improve the service quality, promote the development of the librarians, and solve the actual problems existing in the development of the library.
