摘要
随着雇用制度的多元化,组织将拥有不同群体的员工,进入了心理契约高差别的时代。传统的经济和行政管理手段已不适合员工心理契约的管理。探讨了员工公共关系管理对心理契约履行的重要作用,并提出了相应的管理措施。
Along with the multi-element trend of the employment system, the organizations, which will possess different groups' staffs, enter the times with higher differences of the psychological contract. And the traditional economic and administrative managerial measures haven't fit in with the management of staffs' psychological contract. This paper probes into the important functions of the management of staffs' public relationship on the implementation of the psychological contract, and puts forward some corresponding managerial measures.
