摘要
数字电视用户管理计费系统是广电行业的运营支撑系统,根据数字电视业务现状及未来的发展趋势,对数字电视计费进行了通用性建模。建模过程完全采用面向对象的分析方法,模型致力于解决广电行业当前计费中所存在的一些问题。
The digital TV users＇ managing ＆ metering system is a supporting system for the operation of the broadcast and TV service. Based on the present situation and future developing trend of the digital TV, this paper makes the generalpurpose modeling for the digital TV metering system, adopting the object-oriented analyzing method in the whole course of the modeling for solving some problems existing in the current metering of the broadcast and TV service.
