摘要
针对图书馆流通服务工作中存在的读者投诉问题,分析了其产生的主要原因,并从领导关心、实行轮岗制、提高馆员素质以及注重图书采购质量和加强安全管理等多个方面提出了相应的解决办法。
In the light of readers' complaint existing in library's circulation service, this paper analyzes on the reasons of the generation of this problem, and puts forward some corresponding methods for solving this problem from the leaders' concerning, carrying out the post rotating system, improving librarians' quality, and paying attention to books' acquisitioning quality, and strengthening the safety control, etc.
