This paper briefly analyzes on the contents and targets of carrying out the knowledge management in the library; and points out that the practice of introducing the knowledge management into the library management will innovate the organizational mode of the library, lift the service quality of the library, improve the quality of the librarians,and construct good cultural atmosphere in the library.
