针对高校图书馆人力资源管理与开发中存在的问题,探讨了建立高校人力资源管理与开发新机制的问题,并从操作层面上对如何做好高校图书馆人力资源管理与开发工作提出了相应的措施。

In the light of the problems existing in the human resource management and development in university library, this paper probes into the problem of establishing the new mechanism of the human resource management and development in university library, and from the level of the operation, puts forward some corresponding measures for doing well the human resource management and development in university library.
