This paper briefly introduces the present situation of Taiyuan City＇s appearance and environmental sanitation management system, analyzes on the malpractices existing in Taiyuan＇s environmental sanitation system, and in the light of these malpractices, puts forward some measures that should be taken in the reform of taiyuan City＇ s appearance and environmental sanitation system.
