This paper expounds the actual significance of developing Sino-Africa trade, analyzes on the ＂Africa custom＂ in the operation of the African export and the present situation of the trade, probes into some problems needing attention of Chinese enterprises in the investment in the Africa, and puts forward some effective suggestions.
