Establishment of a Harmonious Relationship among the Director of Circulating and Reading Department,Librarians and Readers

和谐的人际关系是推动高校图书馆工作的内驱力。流通阅览部集中了图书馆最多的人流,构成了图书馆特定的人际环境。如何构建流通阅览部主任、馆员、读者三者的和谐关系,对于做好流通阅览服务工作意义重大。本文结合多年的工作实践,提出了构建三者和谐关系的基本思路。

Harmonious interpersonal relatiomhip is the inner force to drive forward the work of university libraries. The circulating and reading department, which centralizes the most readers inside the library, creates a particular interpersonal environment. The establishment of a harmonious relationship among the circulating director, librarians and readers means a great deal to the service of circulating and reading department. The author in this article brings up a basic idea to build a harmonious relatiomhip among the three aspects based on several years of working practice.
