摘要
目前对地基变形作用的控制主要是在设计时通过设定地基变形的允许值来避免或减小地基变形的作用.对在役结构而言,地基往往会因为各种原因而出现超出设计预期的变形,尤对软土地区的建筑物的影响更为突出,导致其上部结构产生设计未考虑到的附加效应,降低上部结构的可靠性.根据软土地区地基变形的设计规定和钢结构构件可靠性的分级标准,建立了软土地基钢结构厂房的地基变形安全控制标准,为保证地基变形作用下的结构安全提供了依据.
Presently, the control of foundation deformation is mainly carried out by setting the allowable value to avoid or minish its effects in design stage. For existing building, foundation deformation usually exceeds the allowable subsoil deformation that is anticipated in design phase because of many reasons, which is especially serious in soft soil area. This resuits in additional stress not considered in design stage and reduces the reliability of superstructure. It establishes safety control criterion of foundation deformation of steel structure workshop in soft soil region in terms of design criteria of foundation deformation in soft soil region and the classification standard on rehabihty of steel structural member, which offers a security of structural safety.
