桥梁混凝土结构表面防护涂层的应用研究

Application studying on surface protection coating of bridge concrete structure

论述了混凝土的腐蚀机理及通用的防护方法,介绍了钢筋混凝土结构在桥梁建设中的重要应用。针对我国混凝土桥梁所处的腐蚀环境,指出表面防护涂层是极其有效的一种防腐蚀方法,并分析了作为表面防护体系的封闭漆、中间漆、面漆应具有的特殊性质,举例说明了崖门大桥混凝土结构的表面防护涂层设计。

This paper discusses corrosion principle and current protection methods of concrete, introduces the important application of concrete structure in the bridge building. For the different corrosion environment of concrete bridge,points out the surface protection coat is the effective anticorrosion method, lists the special quality of obdurate paint.middle paint and cover paint, illustrates the surface protection coationg design of Yamen-Bridge concrete structure.
