摘要
提出了在IDR主体设备维修中采用RCM优化维修过程,采用故障模式及影响分析法对IDR主体设备进行功能分析,通过对故障模式的识别提出预防措施,达到改进IDR主体设备预防维修,设备检查,预测维修等目的。
The application of maintenance optimization based on ILCM on IDIL main facility is discussed in this paper. By analyzingthe function of IDIL main facility with FEMA method as supporting technique, the failure modes of IDIL main facility have been identified and the prevention measures of these failure modes have been discussed so as to improve on prevention maintenance, inspection and prediction maintenance.
