摘要
介绍了一种新型飞剪设备的设计与制造。该设备在结构设计上对飞剪的剪切运动机构加以简化,采用了偏心轴方式传动,同时采用机械同步定位轴,保证上下两个刀座定向、定位,使剪刀固定刀座做回转运动,从而完成对钢板的剪切动作。采用被动测速辊测出整体生产线的速度信号,经计算机运算,传输指令给伺服电机变频器,拖动飞剪运动,来提高控制精度和剪切精度。
This paper introduces the design and fabrication of a new type of flying shears. This new machine simplifies its moving mechanism in structure design. Driven by an eccentric shaft, and simultaneously using mechanical synchronous aligning pin, the orientation and location of the upper and lower blade seats is ensured, so the stationary seat of shear blade does circular movement, furthermore the shearing action to steel phte is complete. Speed signal of whole production line is measured by using passive speedmeasuring roller. The signal processed by computer is transmitted to converter of servo electromotor which pulls the flying shears blade to move. By this way, both the control accuracy and shearing precision have been improved.
