摘要
中央空调业已普及,冷水机组为中央空调系统的核心设备,机组冷凝器的冷却水进出口压差结合冷水机组的工作参数可以反映出冷却水泵的配置情况、冷凝器内部水侧是否结垢以及换热器水侧是否堵塞等问题。但由于冷水机组各参数之间的复杂性,所以当冷水机组冷却水路出现异常时许多业者难以做出准确的判断。本文介绍了如何利用冷却水压差结合冷水机组的其它参数来判断冷却水泵配置是否合适、冷凝器是否结垢或堵塞等问题,对中央空调冷却水系统的设计和运行管理具有现实的指导意义。
Chilled water unit, is a core part of air condition system. The water pressure drop of water from entering port to leaving port of condenser together with parameters of unit can reflect such problems as the consistence of condenser pump, incrustation or blockage of the pipe of water side of the condenser, However, due to the complexity of the unit parameters, majority of maintenances can not make an accurate judgment when the unit meets faults. This thesis proposes how to make a judgment on the consistence of condenser pump, whether the pipe of water side of the condenser has incrustation or blockage, which will give guidance to the design and operation of condensing water system of central air conditioning system.
