The paper has analyzed the characteristics of the spiral slot in the mould core for blowing thin plastic film, and proceeded to design the slot shape together with its＇ machining process simulation in general use molding tool software, and the mould core, already applied in many plastic layers blew mould, has been produced successfiully in a fourth-axis NC machine.
