信息化和网络化是当今世界经济和社会发展的大趋势。互联网在为人们提供便利、带来效益和乐趣的同时,也使我国在网络信息安全方面面临着巨大的挑战。从理念、制度、管理、技术等不同角度分析了互联网安全问题产生的原因,并给出了我国互联网安全问题近期及长远的解决思路。

The informationization and networking are two general trends of worldwide economy and society. China is facing big challenge of network security while satisfying its people with convenience and entertainmerit by Internet. This paper analyzes causes of Internet security problems in terms of theory, system, management and technology, and puts forward short-term and long-term solutions of Chinese network security.
