国家重要基础设施保护中的信息通信设施保护

The Protection of Information and Communication Infrastructure of the Nation

首先分析了信息通信技术(ICT)在一些国家的“重要基础设施保护”战略中重要作用和地位以及一些发达国家的具体措施,论述了网络的各个层面以及下一代网络需要解决的安全问题。提出中国应借鉴国外的做法,及早制定我国“重要基础设施保护”政策。

Firstly, this paper analyses the impertant role of Information Communication Technology （ICT） played in national ＂Critical Infrastructure Protection＂ strategy and introduces some measures adopted in developed countries. Then it discusses security issues in every level of the network and in next generation network. Finally, it suggests that we should make our own ＂Critical Infrastructure Protection＂ strategy as early as possible by reference to other countries＂ method.
