摘要
选择了卡宾达和阿曼原油、卡宾达和马西拉原油、马西拉和大庆原油等3组混合原油,考察了原油混合后,在520 ℃前的拔出率、粘度、表面张力、密度、凝点、馏分油密度和折光率等性质.结果表明:不同原油掺炼比例适当时有可能使拔出率高于理论拔出率0.88%~3.87%;掺炼原油总拔出率的正增趋势对应着粘度、表面张力、密度和凝点的负增趋势,反之亦然;在最佳掺炼比条件下,原油掺炼会引起原油各馏分结构组成变化,而且对柴油、蜡油及渣油尤其明显,渣油略有变重;混合原油拔出率及原油、馏分油和渣油性质的变化不具有加和性.
Three groups of blending oils (Cabinda and Oman, Maxila and Cabinda, Maxila and Daqin) were studied. The base properties of blending oils distillation total yield, were investigated at varies mixture ratio. The experiment reveals that the distillation total yield(〈520 ℃) may be 0. 88%-3. 87% high er than theoretical total yield at the optimum blending ratios. Relationship of distillation total yield and base properties shows that the changes of viscosity , surface tension, density and freezing point are contrasted with the changes of distillation total yield. Meanwhile,the fraction density and refractive index at optimum blending ratio are changed, especially diesel oil, wax oil and residua. The residua become heavier at optimum blending ratio. The variation properties do not have additive performance.
