抗转化生长因子β1嵌合型核酶在细胞外和肝星状细胞内活性鉴定 被引量:1

摘要 转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factor β1,TGFβ1)是调节细胞外基质蛋白产生、降解和聚集的重要的细胞因子,在肝纤维化发病中发挥决定性的作用,因此TGFβ1被认为是肝纤维化治疗的理想靶分子.
