摘要 通过对北京、天津、大连三地共28所高校的问卷调查表明,体育教师表现出来的教学行为和其已有的教学观念之间主要有一致性和差异性两种观点,并事例有关业内权威人士的观点(即体育教师教学观念和教学行为之间的关系表现为对立统一性)。研究体育教师理念、思维过程及其与行为之间的关系,旨在探讨、发现师资培训的有效途径与方法。为此,很有必要对体育教师素质提高和师资培训相关方面进行调整和完善。 To show that there are two viewpoints which are consistency and difference between teaching behavior of physical education teachers and his teaching conception through questionnaire at 28 universities in Beijing and Tianjlan and Dalian, and integration the conceptio of rdatlvdy authority person. To study between the conception, thinking process of physical education teachers and their behavior, in order to probing and come across the availability approach and method about physical education teachers training. Therefor, it is essential to adjust and repair the quality improvement of physical education teachers and relatively aspects of physical education teachers training.
