福建省高职院校体育教师队伍现状及发展对策研究

Current Situation and Develop Countermeasure on Teachers' Team of Fujian Province Professional Institutes

运用文献法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法,数理统计法、比较分析法,对福建省高职院校体育教师队伍现状的年龄、职称、学历、科研、思想状况进行了调查。结果表明:福建省高职院校体育教师数量严重不足;年龄结构基本合理;学历、职称偏低;科研能力较差;职业稳定性强。

By adopting the methods of literature review, expert interview, questionnaire, data statistics and comparative analysis, the paper makes a thorough study of the general age, the professional title, education, scientific research quality and the state of thought of current situation of teaching staff in Fujian province professional institutes. According to the research： the lack of the P. E. teachers in quantity; basic reasonable of the age structure; the professional title is on the low side, scientific research is poor; the vocational steady is better in Fujian province professional institutes.
