P27在骨肉瘤组织中的表达及临床意义

The Expression and Clinical Significance of P27 in Osteosarcoma

目的检测骨肉瘤组织中P27的表达,分析P27对骨肉瘤的临床诊断、治疗及预后的意义。方法应用免疫组化方法检测54例骨肉瘤组织中P27的表达,并对所有病例的5年存活情况进行随访。结果54例骨肉瘤患者中有40例(74.0%)P27表达阳性,P27的表达与肿瘤体积的大小,Price′s分级,Dahlin′s组织学分型等无关(P>0.05),与骨肉瘤的复发或转移以及患者的预后相关(P<0.05)。结论P27可作为一个新的指标,用于骨肉瘤的诊断、治疗及预后判断。

Objective To investigate the expression of P27 in osteosarcoma and analyse its significance in diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of osteosarcoma. Methods Immunohistochemical straining was used to detect the expression of P27 in 54 cases of osteosarcoma. All cases were followed-up for 5 years. Results In 54 cases, 40 were positive for P27, the positive rate was 74.0%. The expression of P27 was related to the metastasis or recurrence and prognosis of osteosarcoma （P〈0. 05）, and had no relation to other clinical characteristics, such as tumor＇s size, Price＇s grade and Dahlin＇s diffineration. Conclusion P27 may be a new indicator for diagnosis, treatment and prognosic evaluation of osteosarcoma.
