On Technological Structural Unemployment and its Solutions in Process of Achieving our Country's New Pattern of Industrialization

技术结构性失业是我国当前实现新型工业化进程中面临的难题。综合技术结构性失业的现状及成因,应从就业结构、产业结构的调整入手,重视职业技术教育,缓解劳动者因技能结构供需失衡而导致的技术结构性失业,以加快实现我国的新型工业化。

Technological structurtal unemployment is a difficulty we are facing in the process of achieving new pattern of industrialization. By analyzing the characteristic and cause of this type of unemployment, we should start with adjusting the structure of employment and industry. At the same time we should focus on occupation technological training in order to relieve the pressure from structural unemployment in employer＇s technology.
